This is a plywood Eames Elephant produced in limited quantities in 2007 to commemorate the 100th anniversary of Charles Eames' birth. It is said that about 100 units were sold in Japan. I bought it at hh style in Aoyama at the time. The condition of the elephant was that it had not been opened since it was purchased, and was opened for the purpose of checking the condition and taking photos for this listing. The elephant is in mint condition. The box has some sun damage and dents as it is about 14 years old. All accessories, including the bag, envelope with the serial number, and booklet, remain.
